Egg brunch recipes
Brunch is a meal that repeatedly puts eggs to work. There are few brunch recipes without eggs that are as appetizing and delicious.
1. Cloud egg on toast
Cloud egg on toast is a brunch dish made with eggs, salt, pepper, bread slices, and basil for garnish. Accessible to everyone, cloud egg on toast involves ingredients that are not expensive and can be found in almost any food market or grocery store. The preparation of a dish for two people will take a maximum of 10 minutes of activity.
If you are not talented enough, experiment with masterpieces. For the preparation, you need to separate the egg yolk from the white, which will be whipped with an electric whisk. The snow will be placed on a plate to dig with a spoon cavity in which to insert the young after cooking.
The plates spend 8 to 10 minutes in the oven at 230 degrees. After 10 minutes:
-
- Remove the tray from the oven, place the yolks in the pre-made cavities, and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Take the tray out and arrange the cloud eggs on the toasted bread slices.
- Decorate your dish with the basil leaves.
2. Benedict Express” egg casserole
Benedict Express is a small dish that can be enjoyed with family or friends. If your family or small group of friends has 6 people, you will need 6 thin slices of round bacon and 6 eggs. For the composition of the sauce, you will need:
-

-
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
-
- 1/2 cup mustard and white vinegar
-
- 115 g of melted butter
-
- Salt and pepper
-
- 3 English muffins, cut in half and toasted.
To prepare this brunch, grease a large muffin tin. Place a slice of ham in each muffin tin, break the eggs and place the whites on top of each slice of ham. Bake for 16 minutes at 180 degrees, add the egg yolks and bake for 2 more minutes.
3 egg yolks, lemon juice, and mustard will be placed in a bowl and mixed with a blender for the sauce. As you mix, add the melted butter little by little. At the end, place the cooked dish on the English muffin and pour the sauce over it.
3. Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes
This recipe is reminiscent of the Olivier salad and is one of the most popular egg-free brunches. Always so delicious, each brunch has its own unique flavor and ingredients.
This dish involves sweet potatoes, vegetable yogurt, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves, and olive oil. To begin, let’s rinse our sweet potatoes and scrape off the skin to remove the dirt. Next, cut our tubers in half and make slashes lengthwise and widthwise for easy cooking.
The surface of the potatoes will be brushed with olive oil before adding salt and pepper. The potatoes will be baked for about 40 minutes. The sauce will be made of a mixture of yogurt, olive oil, and chopped and seasoned garlic. After cooking, the potatoes will be served with the sauce and sprinkled with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
